If you receive an unknown “receipt email” or “receipt” from Apple, the following may have occurred:
1. A charge from within the last 14 days was delayed and sent late.
2. Multiple charges from within the last 14 days were combined into a single receipt.
For and above, please note that the “Date” shown in the receipt email sent by Apple is the date the receipt was issued, not the date you actually purchased the item in the app.
A receipt may be issued up to 14 days after the date you purchased an item, and charges from different purchase dates may be bundled into one receipt.
※ The date shown under “Purchase History” in the App Store will match the “receipt email issue date.”
※ Receipt emails and receipts issued by Apple are sent by Apple’s system and are not issued by us.
If you receive an unknown receipt, please first check your purchase history for paid items within the [last 14 days] and confirm whether the purchase is yours.
If you are still unsure or the issue is not resolved, please contact the Twin Tales Support Center by selecting the “Paid Item Purchase Inquiry” category in the in‑app inquiry form.
※ When submitting your inquiry, please attach screenshots (receipt email or receipt) where we can confirm your purchase history and accurate information.
※ Support emails are sent from @pokettwin.zendesk.com, so please make sure in advance that your settings allow you to receive emails from this domain.
Q. I received an unknown receipt from Apple and would like a refund. Can I request a refund?
A. Receipt emails from Apple may include delayed charges for paid items that were normally purchased and applied within the [last 14 days], or they may combine multiple charges into one email.
To allow the Twin Tales Support Center to check the details, please contact Twin Tales before filing a refund request with Apple by selecting the [Paid Item Purchase Issue] category in the in‑app inquiry form.
※ When submitting your inquiry, please attach screenshots (receipt email or receipt) where we can confirm your purchase history and accurate information.
If, after our review, we confirm that the billed item is a “properly completed purchase,” then, as stated in our Terms of Service and the “Notices under the Payment Services Act,” refunds cannot be provided.
Q. I was surprised by an unknown charge and applied for a refund, but later found out it was a normal purchase made within the last 14 days. What should I do?
A. To allow the Twin Tales Support Center to check the details, please contact us via the “Twin Tales” in‑app inquiry form, selecting the [Paid Item Purchase Issue] category, and send us the detailed information.
Then, reply to the automatic reply email with the following two screenshots attached:
· A screenshot showing that the item was purchased
· A screenshot showing that the item was refunded
For both the “Purchase” and “Refund” screenshots, please make sure we can confirm the following: [Date / Order Number / Product Name / Amount].
As long as these four items are visible, other information (such as email address or name) is not required, so it is fine if they are hidden in the screenshot.
Q. I purchased a paid item in Twin Tales via Pay, but I received a Pay receipt with a higher total amount. (Example: I bought Happy $1 via Pay → later received a Pay receipt for $8.)
A. For paid items purchased in Twin Tales that were successfully purchased and applied, some receipts may arrive immediately, some may arrive with a delay of several days, and some may combine multiple charges into a single receipt.
Also, we are unable to investigate the details of payment methods and billing (including Pay), so please contact Apple Support for assistance: [Apple Support: https://support.apple.com]
All purchases of digital content on the App Store are managed by Apple, and we do not receive detailed payment information.
We only receive a final notification from the App Store that a transaction between you and the App Store has been completed, and based on that information we deliver “Happy” and other paid items.
If you receive a receipt but the paid item is not reflected in Twin Tales, we can check on our side, so please send us a screenshot of the [receipt email or receipt from Apple].
