The cache refers to data that is stored on your smartphone or tablet while you are using Pocket Twin.
Having cache data stored can make screen display smoother, but it also increases the amount of data used on your device.
Clearing the cache allows you to reset the storage size used by Pocket Twin on your device. (Whether or not cache data is present does not affect your game progress or the items you own.)

【How to clear the cache】
From the title screen, go to Settings (gear icon) ⇒ Clear Cache ⇒ tap the Clear Cache button.

After the cache has been cleared, the app may close. If this happens, please restart the app.
※ If there is a large amount of cache data, it may take some time until “Cache cleared” is completed.

Q. Will my items disappear?
A. No. Clearing the cache will not delete any items you own or any outfits you have equipped, so please rest assured.

Q. Will clearing the cache affect anything else?
A. Clearing the cache does not affect your ability to play Pocket Twin, so you can use this function without worry.

※ However, after clearing the cache, data for each screen will need to be downloaded again, so please be aware that this may increase data usage and loading time.
