1. If you are unable to update

▼ Method (1)
· Open the App Store app and tap [Today] at the bottom of the screen.
· Tap your profile icon at the top of the screen.
⇒ Check whether “Pocket Twin” appears in the list of apps with available updates.

▼Method (2)
· On the “Updates” screen described above, pull the page down and release to refresh the list.
· Go to “Settings” > your user name > “iTunes & App Store,” then toggle “App Updates” on or off.
⇒ Depending on this setting, the app can be updated to the latest version automatically.

2. If the latest version is installed but the app will not run
- There may be a delay on Apple’s servers.
- In some cases, the update page may show the latest version even though the previous version is still installed.

[For Android Users]

1. If you are unable to update
Open the Google Play Store app, search for “Pocket Twin,” and if an update is available, an [Update] button will be displayed that you can tap to update the app.

2. If the latest version is installed but the app will not run
- There may be a delay on Google’s servers.
- In some cases, the update page may show the latest version even though the previous version is still installed.

※ On Android, updates may not be delivered to all users at the same time.
