This section explains how to uninstall the app and how to confirm that it has been removed.

Before uninstalling the app, please make sure you have registered your account information in advance.
※ If you have not registered your account, you may not be able to log back in to your original account after reinstalling the app.

【iOS】
① Press and hold the Pocket Twin icon.
② Tap [Delete App] when it appears on the screen, or tap the [×] shown at the top left of the icon.

■ How to confirm the app has been deleted
1. Go to [Settings] > [General] > [iPhone Storage].
2. A list of installed apps will be displayed under iPhone Storage. Make sure that “Pocket Twin” is no longer listed.

[Android]
① Press and hold the Pocket Twin icon.
② Tap [Uninstall] when it appears at the top of the screen, or drag the icon to the uninstall area while holding it.

■ How to confirm the app has been deleted
1. Go to [Settings] > [Apps & notifications] > [Apps].
2. A list of installed apps will be displayed; check that “Pocket Twin” no longer appears in the list.
