▼ Guidelines for Twin Tales illustrations and merchandise creation

· As stated in the Twin Tales Terms of Service (“4. Prohibited Conduct”), using secondary creations for commercial or profit‑making purposes beyond personal use is prohibited.
· If you post copied or traced works on social media or similar platforms, you must always state the source (such as Twin Tales, Cocone Inc., etc.).
· Posting edited, modified, or arranged designs on social media—such as adding original items or changing the head or body—is also acceptable.
· Selling or redistributing secondary‑creation illustrations or merchandise is prohibited, so please refrain from doing so.
· Please ensure that your expressions remain in line with the Twin Tales Terms of Service.
· Creating items for personal use based on illustrations, Memory Photos, or in‑app screenshots, and giving those items away for free, is allowed. However, please refrain from posting photos of such items on social media or video‑sharing sites.

· Any exchange of money or generation of profit in connection with creating such items
· Exchanging items beyond personal use for cash or any other economic benefit.
· Using screenshots from the Dress‑up screen in a way that may cause others to mistake them for official products sold or distributed by us (for example, posting illustrations in a format that imitates official in‑app announcements).
· Altering items, background images, or other assets from Twin Tales in a way that may cause other customers to mistake them for official images.

Even if the purpose is personal and non‑profit, if the content falls under “4. Prohibited Conduct” in the Twin Tales Terms of Service or is otherwise deemed inappropriate by us, we may ask you to remove the work from public view or may restrict your use of Twin Tales. We ask for your understanding in advance.
