We sometimes receive inquiries such as “The promise was not kept; the item never arrived” after customers arrange item trades among multiple accounts—for example, “Send an item to Account A and receive an item from Account B”—without using the in‑app Gifting feature.
Because this type of activity is not an officially supported play style in Twin Tales, we do not recommend it.
