In the “Photo Collection” section of your Memory Album, you can collect saved photos. You can check how many photos are currently stored in the following locations:

· The count shown at the top of the [Photo Collection] screen.
· The count shown at the top of the [Rewards List] screen.


Q. The number of registered photos / total photos in my Photo Collection has decreased.

A. The counts shown at the top of the [Photo Collection] and [Rewards List] screens indicate the number of photos currently stored, not the total number ever saved.
Therefore, if a photo you once registered is later deleted, the total count will decrease.


<When only one photo is stored under a given Photo Collection [No.]>

If only one photo is stored for a particular number in the Photo Collection and that photo is deleted for any reason, the total count will decrease.

· You manually delete the photo from the Photo Collection or Memory Album screens.
· The storage limit is reached and a new photo is saved, causing an older photo that is not locked to be deleted automatically.
· Photos are deleted automatically after you have not logged in for 90 days or more.

◆ When you delete a photo from the Photo Collection or Memory Album, a confirmation screen is displayed.

If you tap [Delete] on the confirmation screen, the photo will be removed from both the Memory Album and Photo Collection, and the total count will decrease.

※ The count shown at the top of the [Rewards List] screen will also decrease.
※ Rewards already claimed from the Photo Collection cannot be obtained again, even if you reach the required number a second time.

<When multiple photos are stored under the same Photo Collection [No.]>

If more than one photo is stored under the same number, deleting one of them will not reduce the total count, because another photo with the same [No.] remains.
