■ About content posted in Heart Notes

When posting to Heart Notes, do not write content that others may find offensive, such as obscene remarks, violent expressions, or statements suggesting self‑harm or suicide.
If inappropriate content is found in Heart Notes or their comments, it may be deleted. Continued posting of such content may result in partial feature restrictions or permanent account suspension.

[For younger users]

If you are unsure about the meaning of certain content, please check it together with an adult.
Do not write things in Heart Notes that could make you or others feel sad.
Also, do not use sexual expressions, slang, or explicit language, as they may make others uncomfortable.
Please avoid games or play that involve using words you should not say.
If such content continues to be posted, you may lose access to Twin Tales.

■ About content in Profiles

As with Heart Notes, please do not include any content in your Profile that violates the Terms of Service.
If inappropriate content is found in a Profile, it may be deleted or reset. Continued posting of such content may result in partial feature restrictions or permanent account suspension.

▼ Examples of content prohibited in the app
・Derogatory language, profanity, or any content that could make others feel uncomfortable
・Obscene stories or sexually explicit conversations with specific individuals
・Content that focuses on specific body parts in a sexual or inappropriate way
・Personal information (name, address, phone number, school name, etc.), or content that shares IDss for social networking apps, or that encourages users to move to other apps
・Content that hints at or encourages self‑harm or suicide
・Content that seeks real‑life meetings, dating, or similar contact
・Any form of play that includes bullying, ostracism, or discriminatory behavior

If you find any of the above content, please use the [Report] function or the in‑app [Contact] form to send us the details.
Based on the information you provide, we will conduct a detailed investigation and take appropriate action.
