If restarting the app or device and clearing the cache does not resolve the issue, please perform “Download All Data.”
Download All Data is a process that downloads all the data required to use Twin Tales.
For example, use this if items in Gacha, SHOP, or Inventory are not displaying correctly, or if the app force closes when opening Gacha screens or visiting Water Trees.

How to perform Download All Data

If Twin Tales is currently running, fully close the app (including in the background).

1. Restart Twin Tales and, on the title screen, tap the gear icon at the bottom right of [Tap to Start]

2. Tap [Download All Data]

3. Tap [Download]
※ We strongly recommend performing this download over Wi‑Fi

4. Wait for loading and download to complete

5. A popup will inform you that the download is complete

After the data download finishes, tap the close button on the popup.
※ Once you return to the original title screen, tap [Tap to Start]
