When “Harvest” is displayed, you can tap the tree to harvest Heart Fruit.

You can harvest fruit from another user’s tree once you become friends.

■ FAQ: Harvesting Heart Fruit

Q. I can’t harvest from my Heart Tree.
A. You can only harvest from the same Heart Tree once every 24 hours.
If you move your Heart Tree after harvesting on the same day, you cannot harvest again on that day.
You can harvest again from the following day onward.

Q. My friend’s tree is bearing fruit, but when I try to harvest, I get a message saying “You cannot harvest from a tree whose fruit is not ripe.”
A. Once fruit appears on the tree, it can be harvested for 24 hours.
If you tap a tree that appears to be bearing fruit but see the message “You cannot harvest from a tree whose fruit is not ripe,” it may mean that exactly 24 hours have passed at the moment you tried to harvest.
It is also possible that your friend moved their tree.
If this issue occurs, please revisit Cocorium; the latest state will be updated, so try again.

Q. The Water or Harvest icon does not appear
A. This may be due to your network environment or device conditions preventing normal operation.

FAQ: What to do if the app does not work properly or force closes

Q. I cannot change my badge.
A. Badges can be changed from the Profile screen.
After changing your badge, tap the “Check” button at the bottom of the Profile screen to complete the change and apply it to your profile.

Q. Do I gain Friendship Points when I harvest my friend’s tree?
A. Yes. Harvesting fruit will add to your Friendship Points.
Even if you both water and harvest on the same day, the total additional Friendship Points will still be 1 point.
