In Twin Tales, you can send items as gifts to friends if they meet the following conditions:

· Items you own in a quantity of two or more
· Items that are not currently equipped

※ Some items cannot be sent even if they meet the conditions above.

The Gift feature is intended for sending items to friends in good faith. Please use it safely and enjoyably.


If disputes arise after one‑sided “fraudulent” gifting (for example, one side sends a gift but does not receive the agreed item), Twin Tales does not uniformly provide mediation, item compensation, or item distribution.

Likewise, if disputes occur during item exchanges related to mutual invitations with other apps or services, 

Twin Tales will not uniformly provide mediation, item compensation, or item distribution.

In addition, users who engage in fraudulent behavior using the Gift feature may have their accounts permanently suspended without prior notice.

Q. I received a different item than the one we agreed to exchange.
A. First, please try to resolve the issue by talking with your trading partner.
If communication is not possible and the issue persists, please contact us via the in‑app [Contact] form with the following information:

· Trading partner’s user name:
· Trading partner’s My Code:
· Names of the items both parties agreed to exchange:
· Title of the Heart Note containing the trade details:
· Date and time of the Heart Note containing the trade details:

Q. I received an item even though I did not agree to any exchange.
A. If disputes arise from use of the Gift feature where a return gift is expected (such as unagreed exchanges), we cannot provide item compensation, item distribution, or mediation.

The Gift feature is intended for sending items in good faith. Whether or not to send something in return is left to each customer’s own judgment.

Also, unlike the [Gift Exchange] feature, items and delivery Happy sent via [Send Gift] will not be returned to the sender if they are not claimed by the deadline.

※ Items that are not accepted by the deadline will disappear.
