The Gift Exchange feature lets users safely exchange items with each other, reducing the risk of sending the wrong item or sending to the wrong person.

By using Gift Exchange, you can send and receive items more safely.

Q. I sent a gift proposal and want to cancel it.
A. You can cancel it from the gift screen.

Select [Cancel Gift Exchange], then tap [Yes] on the confirmation screen.

※ The initiator of the Gift Exchange can cancel up to three times per day.

Gift Exchanges are also canceled in the following cases:
· The recipient declines the Gift Exchange.
· You cancel the exchange after receiving a return proposal from your partner.
· Neither party responds within 24 hours after the exchange proposal is sent.
