If you cannot hear BGM or sound effects, please check the following:

◆ Check Twin Tales sound settings

1. Open [Settings] → [Sound Settings] in Twin Tales.
2. Make sure [BGM] is turned ON.
3. Make sure [Sound Effects] is turned ON.
4. Make sure [Cocoron Voice] is turned ON.

※ If the volume bar is orange, the setting is ON; if it is entirely gray, it is OFF.
※ You can tap and slide the volume bar left or right to adjust the volume.

◆ Check your device (smartphone/tablet) settings

Check your device’s [Volume] and [Silent/Vibrate Mode] settings. If Silent mode is ON, sound may not play from the speaker. If you are using headphones/earphones, sound may still play even in Silent mode.

※ On Android devices, also check the [Media] volume setting.
